Yoga massage has provided me with so much - a safe space to drop into being, quieting the mind, letting go.... all words I’ve heard before, but never experienced in such a deep, personal way that I have in yoga massage. I usually go just hoping to relax.... but several classes have left me feeling a presence that I have never felt with yoga or massage separately ( and I have been a regular with both practices for years!) The combination is unique! This is definitely an experience that can not be defined or captured in words - I would encourage anyone who is curious about yoga massage to just book in and experience this gift!’

Kate and Bel are so professional, so encouraging and really make everyone feel comfortable and stress free. I love the aromatherapy, it's so lovely walking in that room and smelling the various scents and automatically feeling calm and relaxed. I cannot recommend Kate and Bel high enough.’
